Matt Earley’s work with small-scale coffee farmers began in 1997 when he first connected with producers in Chiapas, Mexico. With more than two decades in the fair trade and organic coffee industry, he has traveled the world, forging relationships with farmers, roasters, and like-minded coffee enthusiasts. After years of collaborating and traveling with Café Campesino and Sweetwater through their importing cooperative, Cooperative Coffees, Matt officially became part of the team in 2021 as Sales, Marketing, and Community Director. When he’s not immersed in the coffee world, he enjoys making music, exploring the outdoors, and spending time with his family and his beloved dog Rosie aka "Rose The Nose".
