 1 cup Strongly brewed Café Campesino Coffee
 2 ½ cups Flour
 1 ½ tsp Baking powder
 ½ tsp Salt
 1 cup Sugar
 2 Eggs
 1 cup Sour cream
 4 tbsp Irish whiskey

Mix together all dry ingredients - flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.

In a separate bowl, whisk eggs and sour cream and add coffee and whiskey.

Make a well in the dry ingredients and stir in liquids quickly.

Spoon into 18 muffin cups and bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until tested done.
