Ingredients

2-½ cups Flour
1-½ tsp Baking powder
½ tsp Salt
1 cup Sugar
2 - Eggs
1 cup Sour cream
4 tbsp Irish whiskey

Details

  • Mix together all dry ingredients - flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk eggs and sour cream and add coffee and whiskey.
  • Make a well in the dry ingredients and stir in liquids quickly.
  • Spoon into 18 muffin cups and bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until tested done.
