1 - pot of fresh brewed Café Campesino coffee

3 oz dark chocolate cut into small pieces

4 cups milk or half and half

1 - package of candy canes or peppermint stick

- whipped cream

Details

Combine dark chocolate pieces and milk in a sauce pan. Heat over low heat, stirring often, until chocolate has melted. Pour half a cup of hot coffee and top off with the chocolate and milk mixture. Stir with a candy cane then top with whipped cream and enjoy. (For a holiday cocktail, substitute half an ounce of peppermint schnapps for the candy cane).
