Christmas is coming and we have a gift for your taste buds! This month we feature our Ho Ho Holiday Coffee recipe. This festive concoction brings together the taste of Café Campesino coffee, rich dark chocolate, and peppermint.
Combine dark chocolate pieces and milk in a sauce pan. Heat over low heat, stirring often, until chocolate has melted. Pour half a cup of hot coffee and top off with the chocolate and milk mixture. Stir with a candy cane then top with whipped cream and enjoy. (For a holiday cocktail, substitute half an ounce of peppermint schnapps for the candy cane).
