Think of this bourbon coffee cocktail as what happens when a Manhattan meets brunch. In a good way. This recipe's got just enough iced coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice in it that you don't realize you're drinking bourbon for breakfast. Try making it at home.
Brew our Ethiopia Yirgacheffe using the Japanese Iced Coffee method and Pour 1 oz in an empty rocks glass.
Juice one-half of an Orange and Strain Juice to remove seeds.
Combine Orange Juice, Orange Simple Syrup, Bourbon, one Maraschino Cherry and a small handful of ice inside a Cocktail Shaker.
Shake Vigorously for 10-20 seconds.
Pour contents of Cocktail Shaker over Yirgacheffe.
Add Ice and Fill Glass with Montane Original Sparkling Water.
Garnish with Cherry and Orange Peel.
